Image Cartoonizer is, as its name says, a simple application that enables you to customize your personal photos by applying cartoon effects. This program comes with dozens of cartoon effects for you to use and lets you convert the input images to the JPEG format with ease.
Its interface is straightforward and it comes with simple to follow editing steps. Once you select the pictures that you wish to "cartoonize", you can attach funny sample images (glasses, mustaches, big lips, etc.) and apply some basic editing effects, such as brightness and color adjustment, photo cropping, etc. The final step is to choose the proper cartoon effect and the application can start processing the input files.
To be honest, I'm not so impressed with the image samples mainly because they look a bit tacky. My guess is that this program is intended for users with average photo editing skills.
Another relevant disadvantage is that you can't apply changes to more than one picture at a time. The application supports batch processing only when it comes to apply the final cartoon effect and convert the result to the JPEG format. In addition to that, Image Cartoonizer takes a while to convert larger images and you can't choose another output format than JPEG.
To summarize, this application comes with some fun cartoon effects for your pictures. Considering the large amount of disadvantages this program has, my guess is that you should think twice before acquiring this application.
