Image Cartoonizer is an interesting graphics tool that offers you the possibility of transforming your best images into cartoon-like drawings in just a few easy steps. The program comes with more than 100 cartoon effects, nearly 50 frames, and dozens of funny and interesting clipart objects for you to add to your images. Besides, it offers you a set of sliders to adjust the color balance, the brightness, and the contrast of your photos during the conversion process.
The program’s interface – if not incredibly appealing – is intuitive and fairly easy to use. Its wizard-like conversion process will take you through the different stages in a clear and straightforward manner. Once you have loaded your images, you can either proceed to the “cartoonization” process right away or perform some easy fine-tuning adjustments. Clicking on an image opens the image editor, with all the functionality you need to crop a selected area or to adjust the color balance, the brightness, and the contrast of the image before converting it. Likewise, you can add as many clipart objects as you wish from a panel on the right-hand side, and “customize” your photo with any combination of these funny shapes, objects, and parts of the body.
Once you’re happy with your photo, you can move to the next step, which will open the cartoon effects menu. Here you will find not only nearly a hundred cartoon effects but also a wide variety of frames to add that final touch to your cartoon-like picture. All of them are easily applied with one click of your mouse. You can generate as many images as you wish, which will be saved as JPG files in the folder of your choice. The output format cannot be customized in terms of quality, and the resulting files cannot be saved in a different file format different from JPG.
